She is  currently the Global Vice-president Research & Development at Frutarom.
 
She has been in the Flavor & Confections industry for over 30 years.
 
Frutarom was founded in 1933 and is a rapidly growing multinational flavor and fragrance house creating, producing and marketing high quality flavors & fine ingredients for customers in the food, beverage, functional foods, flavor, fragrance, pharmaceutical, nutraceutical and cosmetics.

She has participated in the Pulse of the planet program talking with students aged 8-11 to get them interested in flavor science  The Kids’ Science Challenge (KSC) is a new National Science Foundation-funded, 4-year initiative that will dynamically propel kids to participate in science.
